We are looking forward to seeing everybody at The Hooley on Kamm’s Corners this Saturday, May 15th at Noon.

Mayor Frank Jackson, Council President Marty Sweeney, Ward 19 Councilman Marty Keane, and Fairview Hospital President Jan Murphy will cut the ribbon at Noon, and the fun will continue with lots of family friendly activities scheduled throughout the day. Click here to download the flyer that includes the schedule of events.

Parking will be at a premium on Saturday and some streets will be closed to traffic!** The presenting sponsor of The Hooley on Kamm’s Corners is Fairview Hospital. They have graciously offered to open their surface parking lots to Hooley visitors all day for free!  Additionally, Our Lady of Angels Church has offered their rear parking lot after 12:30 p.m. We have arranged for the YMCA’s bus to shuttle visitors from the OLA lot to The Hooley. Thanks to all of these fine institutions for their assistance.

**Be sure to “zoom out” on this link to see the location of festival parking and the streets that will be closed.

We encourage local visitors to The Hooley to walk to the event. It will be a great day for a stroll in the neighborhood, and it will save valuable parking spaces for visitors to The Hooley. We also encourage you to take a Walk for the Market, the Kamm’s Corners Farmers Market that is. Stop at the farmers market tent to sign up and show your support!

In addition to The Hooley on Kamm’s Corners, we have partnered with Walk+Roll, a local organization that promotes getting out of your car and seeing the neighborhood on foot, skate, and bike! Two lanes of Lorain Avenue will be closed to traffic from West 165th Street to West 157th Street, and several side streets will be closed to traffic from Lorain Avenue to Gunning Recreation Center. The Walk+Roll hours are Noon to 3:00 p.m. The Walk+Roll route is also on the map. Be sure to “zoom out” to see it.

See you at The Hooley!
