Our first movie will be Happy Feet, sponsored by Fairview Hospital. Festivities begin at 6:30 p.m. The movie starts at dusk. Bring your lawn chairs and blankets and join in the fun!

Fresh Art Brightens Downtown Kamm’s Corners
New creative and colorful artwork is now on display at the former Valley Furniture Warehouse/St. Vincent DePaul on Lorain Avenue, across from KFC. Fifth graders from Mrs. Peltz’s art class at Westpark Community Middle School are responsible for the cheery pieces and three pupils along with Mrs. Peltz installed the art in the windows this week. A hearty thanks to Westpark Community Middle School for brightening up our world.
Safely Use Your Home's Equity to Fund Rehab and Renovation...
...with CASH's 4.5% Home Improvement Loan. CASH (Cleveland Action to Support Housing) takes the worry out of home improvement! Does the thought of working with a contractor give you heartburn? Do you hate making upfront payments when you're not sure you'll ever see your contractor again? Do you even know how to identify and prioritize your home's basic rehab needs? Some people do, but for the rest of us, there's CASH. A CASH construction specialist will write specifications and generate cost estimates for the work to be done. Your contractors' bids will be reviewed for fairness and accuracy, and your money will be held in escrow, payable after work gets done. So if you're shopping for a home equity loan, banks are a good option—but be sure to include CASH in your comparison process. Call CASH at 216-621-7350 for more information. And to talk about other loan options, contact Dave at KCDC: 216-252-6559 ext. 22 or dave.walker@kammscorners.com.
