Eminent
Lorain!

Just a brief reminder that our Eminent Lorain Party, a toast to the future of the Kamm’s Corners Neighborhood, will be held tomorrow night, Wednesday, May 3rd from 5:30 until 8:30 PM, with a brief program at 6:15 PM, at BJ’s Diamond Mine at 16700 Lorain Avenue. Come hear from the entrepreneurs themselves about the many new restaurants and stores recently opened or soon coming to the neighborhood---not to mention the fantastic news about the Streetscape Improvement project. Area restaurants will provide complimentary appetizers, and a cash bar is available. Admission is free! Don’t be the last to get the scoop! Click here for the flyer with all the details.

Plentiful parking is available in the public lot behind the Walgreen’s parking lot on Lorain. Enter the lot off W. 168th and Albers.

And fear not, Cleveland Cavaliers fans, the game will be on several TVs at BJ’s. Join us, won’t you?

We hope to see you again at our Annual Town Meeting to be held Tuesday, May 9th at 7:00PM at St. Joseph Academy on Rocky River Drive. Our keynote speaker is neighborhood resident and Cleveland Police First District Commander Tom McCartney. Councilman Mike Dolan and KCDC Executive Director Steve Lorenz will also take turns at the mike. Area non-profits will have displays for your perusal. Several pairs of Indians Tickets will be in our free raffle, and neighborhood merchants will give away many items in our popular "spontaneous raffle".

Admission is free and parking is abundant. Come out and greet your neighbors and see what’s up for Kamm’s Corners! Print and bring this e-newsletter and receive a special gift, compliments of Fairview Hospital! Click here for the flyer!
