A Sunday Destination
The award-winning Kamm's Corners Farmers Market, now finishing its sixth season, takes place every Sunday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. from June through October 14. A variety of vendors offer fresh fruits and vegetables, meat, eggs, cheese, bread, pasta, sweets, ready-to-eat foods, and a host of other items.
Visitors are drawn from near and far not only for the food but also for the weekly chef demonstrations, live music, and wellness activities. Check our full season special feature schedule. The market takes place in the municipal parking lot at West 168th Street and Lorain Avenue near Rocky River Drive behind Walgreens. Click here for more information. It takes place indoors at the Cretan Party Center, 3853 West 168 Street, on the second Sunday of each month starting November. Dates are 11/11, 12/9, 1/13, 2/10, 3/10, and 4/14. It will be on 5/19 in May, the third Sunday. |
Other Attractions
Other nearby attractions include Impett Park at 3207 West 1535rd Street, the Cleveland Metroparks, the Cleveland Police and Firefighters Memorial, and historic Alger Cemetery, final resting place of Oswald Kamm after whom the community is named. The cemetery is located south of Lorain Avenue.
