“Downtown Kamm’s Corners” Re$tores Commercial District Downtown Kamm’s Corners is a commercial revitalization initiative promoted by Kamm's Corners Development Corporation. Kamm’s Corners is one of ten neighborhoods participating in Re$tore Cleveland, a program developed by two nonprofit organizations—Cleveland Neighborhood Development Coalition (CNDC) and the Northeast Ohio office of Local Initiatives Support Corporation (LISC). The program offers financial and technical support to ten Cleveland neighborhoods that are working to improve their retail districts.

Re$tore Cleveland incorporates both the philosophy of the National Trust for Historic Preservation’s Main Street Program and the local market realities of physical development. The program follows the Main Street principals of design, promotion, organization and economic restructuring and adds additional components related to urban issues including safety and diversity.

Downtown Kamm’s Corners consists of retail spaces on both sides of Lorain Avenue from West 162nd to West 176th Streets. Action committees work to showcase district assets, develop special events, improve commercial properties, and market the district to new businesses and shoppers.
