Jig & Jog Race

Join Jig and Jog 5K and 1-Mile Walk in March

Join "Jig and Jog," a 5k race and 1-mile walk through Kamm's Corners, on Saturday, March 25, at 10 a.m. The event begins and ends at West Park Station, 17015 Lorain Avenue, host and title sponsor of this sixth annual event. Proceeds benefit the Senior Services Fund of KCDC. Enjoy lunch specials at West Park Station following the event and a watch party for the NCAA basketball tournament. KCDC Supports CIFF41 Illuminate

West Park Rises Up to Help Hatfield's Goode Grub

Fans of Hatfield Goode Grub, 16700 Lorain Avenue, set March 29th to be a cash mob to help the business after thieves robbed its food truck on St. Patrick’s Day. Since then, most of the expensive items have been recovered, including a generator, microwave, and tools. Join the cash mob, which now becomes a celebration. Saint Joseph Academy

Annual Town Meeting Set for Saint Joseph Academy on Tuesday, June 20

Our 40th Annual Town Meeting will be held in the auditorium of Saint Joseph Academy, 3470 Rocky River Drive, on Tuesday, June 20. It is free of charge and parking is plentiful. Doors open at 6:30 p.m. The formal part of the evening starts at 7 p.m. and includes updates on neighborhood initiatives. Councilman Marty Keane will provide news about city-related issues. Kamm's Corners Development Corporation (KCDC) acquired and renovated the pictured commercial building on Lorain Avenue. In keeping with many of the buiding upgrades in the neighborhood, KCDC worked with the City of Cleveland's Storefront Renovation Program staff to put together a significant exterior renovation package and is marketing the building to second floor retail, service, and office tenants. LiveCLEVELAND Guide Features Eight Pages on West Park

More than 57,000 copies of LiveCLEVELAND! were distributed with the May 2016 edition of Cleveland Magazine. Through targeted marketing efforts by Cleveland Neighborhood Progress and other neighborhood development organizations, the special section promotes living, working, and visiting Cleveland.

KCDC and BPDC worked together to feature West Park in the eight-page color pull-out of the magazine. It is available online, here.
