Kamm's Corners Development Corporation (KCDC) acquired and renovated the pictured commercial building on Lorain Avenue. In keeping with many of the buiding upgrades in the neighborhood, KCDC worked with the City of Cleveland's Storefront Renovation Program staff to put together a significant exterior renovation package and is marketing the building to retail, service, and office tenants. Annual Town Meeting Set for June 22

Our 39th Annual Town Meeting returns to the auditorium of St. Joseph Academy, 3470 Rocky River Drive, on Wednesday, June 22, at 7 p.m.

Asphalt Cinema Returns for Friday Fun

Reserve the third Friday of June, July, and August for an evening of music, art, games, and prizes that ends under the stars with a family friendly movie -- all at Impett Park, 3207 West 153rd Street. Bring your lawn chairs and blankets! The fun begins at 6:30 p.m. It's free, thanks to our sponsors.

On June 17, more than 100 bike helmets will be given away, thanks to a grant from the Ohio Chapter of the American Academy of Pediatrics. Bike Cleveland will assist with the fitting and distribution of these helmets. See details here.

Kiwanis Club of West Park Independence Day Parade Information

Be sure to join the fun at the annual Independence Day parade on Monday, July 4, 2016, sponsored and produced by the Kiwanis Club of West Park! It takes place from 9:30 to approximately 11 a.m., leaving Kamms Plaza and moving east down Lorain Avenue, turning north at West Park Avenue, and returning to the plaza via Rocky River Drive.

LiveCLEVELAND Guide Features Eight Pages on West Park

More than 57,000 copies of LiveCLEVELAND! were distributed with the May 2016 edition of Cleveland Magazine. Through targeted marketing efforts by Cleveland Neighborhood Progress and other neighborhood development organizations, the special section promotes living, working, and visiting Cleveland.

This year, KCDC and BPDC worked together again to feature West Park in an eight-page color pull-out of the magazine. It is available online, here.
